LinkedIn has begun rolling out its AI-powered job search tool to members worldwide, expanding access to users in English, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese this month.

The new feature is designed to move beyond traditional keyword-based searches and rigid filters that often limit job discovery. Instead, the AI adapts to individual users, helping them find relevant opportunities — including roles they may not have thought to search for — based on their skills, interests and career goals.

According to LinkedIn, building and scaling the tool required rethinking long-standing approaches to job search. The company focused on developing a deeper understanding of jobs, skills and the many ways professionals describe their ambitions.

The global rollout goes beyond simple translation. LinkedIn said the system has been tailored to account for cultural differences, local job titles and language-specific ways of expressing career aspirations, ensuring the tool remains useful across regions.

The AI-powered job search is already seeing strong adoption. More than 1.3 million members use it daily, with over 25 million searches conducted each week.

LinkedIn said the early traction highlights the tool’s impact and reaffirmed its commitment to expanding access to smarter, more personalised job discovery for its global community.
