I Used ChatGPT and Claude to Launch a $10K/Month Side Business – With Zero Cold Outreach

How a simple ChatGPTworkflow helped me build and scale an income stream without ads or DMs
Building a side business used to mean long hours, cold outreach, and endless guesswork. I skipped all of it.
Using Artificial Intelligence tools like ChatGPT and Claude AI as my virtual team, I built a service, designed an offer, launched it, and hit $10,000/month in revenue—without sending a single cold email.
Instead of hiring help or burning time on admin, I built a repeatable prompt stack that handles research, content, positioning, and communication. A few saved ChatBot flows now handle what used to take five freelancers and three tools.
This isn’t theory. It’s my real workflow. And I’ll show you how to build it in under a week.
The Stack I Built With Claude and ChatGPT
I used a 3-part approach:
1. Claude for Positioning and Offer Clarity
Claude helps me sound like myself. It takes raw, messy drafts and rewrites them in a clean, authentic voice.
Prompt:
Act like a founder coach. Help me position this idea in a way that solves a real problem. Ask me clarifying questions. Then rewrite the offer in one paragraph that feels human, urgent, and focused.
2. ChatGPT for Execution
GPT-4 Turbo built most of the structure:
- Landing pages
- Email sequences
- Social hooks
- Messaging frameworks
- Scheduling automation
Prompt:
You’re my head of marketing. Based on this offer (paste), build a launch asset list with copy for each one:
- Landing page
- Nurture email
- 3 social posts
- DM reply script
3. Gemini for Planning & Systems
Gemini AI helped with:
- Weekly launch plan
- Content calendar
- Time-blocking tasks
- “what if” test flows
What I Didn’t Do
- No cold outreach
- No Upwork scraping
- No paid ads
- No SaaS tools
- No Zapier, Airtable, or CRM
All I used was AI + Stripe + Google Docs.
Why I Built the System Inside Chatronix
Where all 6 models power one launch system
Trying to manage Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity across tabs is a mess. Inside Chatronix, I just paste my prompt once and instantly compare outputs from all major models in seconds.
Here’s what I get from each one:
- Claude: human tone and voice
- GPT-4 Turbo: marketing copy and structure
- Gemini: planning and content hierarchy
- Grok: ultra-short blurbs and summaries
- DeepSeek: rewrite and tone shift
- Perplexity: idea validation and linkable research
With Turbo Mode, I skip the tab-switching and get full launch assets from all models side-by-side.

Bonus: My Launch Day Prompt Stack
I ran these 3 prompts the night before launch:
1. “Punchy Email Reminder”
Write a launch email. Keep it to 5 lines max. Include a bold CTA and one line of social proof.
2. “Calendar Auto-Sync”
Based on this task list (paste), build a calendar plan. Highlight creative vs admin vs comms. Suggest 90-minute blocks.
3. “Niche Angle Reframer”
Rewrite this offer angle (paste) for:
3. SaaS founders
4. solopreneurs
5. marketers inside agencies
Keep tone smart and practical.
Each one ran across all 6 models in Chatronix.

Final Thought
I didn’t launch this business with a marketing degree. I used AI like a second brain and built a real operation without overthinking it.
Claude helped me sound human. ChatGPT helped me get it done. Chatronix made it repeatable.
