City-based Navanaami Projects Pvt Ltd, a real estate developer, unveiled its luxurious residential project, The Megaleio, in the city on Thursday. The Rera-approved project has two towers comprising a total of 50 floors, and 150 residences.
The upcoming project is 20 minutes away from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, and 15 minutes from Financial District, the developer informed. Megaleio is situated at Appa Junction Peerancheru, and is connected to major roads like Nehru Outer Ring Road and NH 163. Spread over 4.1 acre, Megaleio will be surrounded by 1,200 acres of greenery, with Himayat Sagar and Osman Sagar in the vicinity.
