Crude oil futures marginally declined 0.05 per cent to Rs6,576 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.
On MCX, crude oil for May delivery marginally fell Rs3 or 0.05 per cent to Rs6,576 per barrel with a business volume of 5,415 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil traded 1.09 per cent lower at $78.93 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.97 per cent lower at $82.90 per barrel in New York.
