Cube Highways announces `3.94 dividend

New Delhi: Cube Highways Trust, managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt Ltd has approved Rs 3.94 per unit distribution to ordinary unitholders aggregating Rs 508 crore for Q4 FY24. The per unit distribution comprises Rs 1.79 as interest, 20 paise as dividend, Rs 1.94 as repayment of SPV loan and 1 paisa as treasury income, it said in a statement. “The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager has declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of Rs 3.94 to ordinary unitholders, amounting to a total distribution amount of Rs 508 crore,” the statement said. The trust said the annual DPU of Rs 10.09 declared for FY24 comprises Rs 7.10 per unit as interest, 99 paise as dividend, Rs 1.94 as repayment of SPV loan and 6 paise as treasury income.

Grasim profit up 15.5% to `2,721.8 cr

New Delhi: Aditya Birla Group flagship holding firm Grasim Industries Ltd has reported an increase of 15.54 per cent in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,721.81 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2024, led by strong performance by its cement and financial services business. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2,355.67 crore during the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a late night regulatory filing by Grasim Industries on Wednesday. Its revenue from operations was up 12.74 per cent to Rs 37,727.13 crore during the quarter under review.

Schneider Electric net down over 92% to `3.28 cr

New Delhi: Schneider Electric Infrastructure reported a on-year decline of 92.68 per cent in net profit to Rs 3.28 crore in March quarter, mainly due to higher expenses. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 44.84 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2023, the company said in a regulatory filing. Total expenses rose to Rs 436.43 crore in the quarter under review, from Rs 369.01 crore in the same period a year ago. The net profit in fiscal 2023-24 rose to Rs 172.03 crore, from Rs 123.63 crore a year ago. Total income of the company in financial year 2023-24 rose to Rs 2,215.98 crore, from Rs 1,789.39 crore in 2022-23.
